'Biscuithead Records was DJ Bruno's store across the street from Tower Records on Massachusetts Avenue. It was around for most of the 1990s and I think into the 2000s. DJ Bruno was a well known DJ in Boston, so this was an important place to buy a large range of dance music on vinyl. But Biscuithead was also an important outlet for national indie hip-hop including local artists. Biscuithead also had a record label for a couple years in the late 1990s, putting out Edan's first 12', as well as the porn theater ushers and others.'
