'Long-time resident Andrea Peters started her professional career as an oil painter in Wilmington. Her paintings are displayed in a number of museums across the country as well as galleries. A number of these are in the collection of Jamie Wyeth. She came to Wilmington when she married Mark Peters, a Wilmington native. Fortunately, I traded babysitting services for some of her pictures.
