'These photos are important to me because they show the passage of time in a very special place. Both photos are taken on the porch of family since the 19th century. My mother and her siblings used to spend the summers here. While my mother and her sister live on the island now, their brothers do not. The second photo, taken in 2015, was the first time they had all been together in many years. Pictured, from left to right: my uncle Steve Eyrick, my aunt Catherine Chase, my uncle Mark Eyrick, and my mother Mary Austin. Location: Tuckernuck Avenue.'
