'I loved riding horses there. In fact, I rode everywhere I lived or travelled, including Wales. Including a picture of the camp was important to me; I don't know how many people remember it. I went every summer during the 40s. My parents encouraged me to ride. My father, Robert Boyd, spent time in the cavalry and fought in WWI. Pictured: Betsy Boyd Stevens, age 11 yrs.'
