'I lived at what is now Bare Cove Park all through my school years. The Marine Corps had bull dogs as mascots and when they died they were buried with full military honors. Bare Cove was formerly an ammunition depot with the Navy and Marine Corps stationed there. I am proud and happy that these graves are there today. Location: Bare Cove Park.'
