'I made this flag for the Sept. 11, 2011 Fall Classic. I, as league commissioner, wanted to recognize and honor local WWII vets. The vets. During the opening ceremony appeared from behind the flag during opening ceremonies and marched from centerfield to home plate while Glen Miller's 'When Johnny Comes Marching Home' song. The flag was stolen in 2013.'
