'Testimonial to West End House founder James J. Storrow in 1916 and signed by the boys/members at the time. It was left to the West End House by the estate of David Howie who was Storrow's second or successor. The members (signatures) would have been in their 20s. Mainly Jewish ancestry at this time.'
