'During my three years in Lesotho, I ventured into the rural areas of Lesotho to help educate Basotho (locals) about the AIDS pandemic. Usually one or two locals would come along to translate for me. We were in the rural areas because most herd-boys were uneducated and didn't understand much about HIV/AIDS. An average hike was 3-5 days. Pictured: Tarsha Veiga and Khotso Sekhele.'
