'The Molinda-Nebenzahl family owns 46 Cottage Street a beautiful home between the Cottage Street School and Our Lady of Sorrows Church. We are known for organizing lots of family events and neighborhood events. We have always loved building snow people, gardening and helping the neighborhood decorate with holiday lights, Halloween tricks and treats and spring time daffodils. A previous owner of 46 Cottage Street was responsible for keeping a copy of the town Torah and a small cottage behind the house may have been an early schoolhouse for Sharon's children.'
