'Edward Finnerty, John Finnerty, Ellen Finnerty, Kit Finnerty, Nellie Walsh, and Mary T. Finnerty. Taken on the front steps of my great grandmother's home at 1198 Boylston Street, Brookline, MA. It was purchased by my great grandmother's older sister in late 1890 for ten cents a square foot - or approximately $542.00. My great grandmother used to serve lunches to local business men in the area - and my grandfather was one of those workers. He met Ellen Finnerty and the rest is history.'
