'Sea View, as a business, had expanded and my dad and brother made a decision to have a new building built on Hassey Street. In the background is my dad's Lincoln. He bought a new Lincoln every year. The photo shows the land, plans, and blueprints for the building. Sea View Fillet has been very successful in its old, tiny location. In the photo, my brother looks very happy about the plans and my dad looks worried because it would be the first time he would be borrowing a large sum of money for the business.
