After the key ceremony, First Lady Stephanie Chafee takes a selfie with Baldwin Gov. Chafee at center, Mayor James Diossa at left. Actor Alec Baldwin received the key to Central Falls from CF Mayor James Diossa. Central Falls is Rhode Island's smallest city his donations helped reopen the Adams Memorial Library. Baldwin donated $10,000 in 2011 after he read a New York Times story about how it was forced to close because of financial problems. He gave another $5,000 in 2012. The 1-square-mile city emerged from bankruptcy that year. Baldwin's visit Saturday was his first to the library."
