This photograph depicts International YMCA Training School, now Springfield College, students from Canada. On the verso of the image is a handwritten note "Compliments of J.F. Simons" [Class of 1900] and the photograph was taken in January of 1898. Those pictured in the photograph include: J. A. Lawrence (Class of 1901), G. H. Hunter (Class of 1900), R. L. Wittig (Class of 1900), and D.A.C. Pinckney (Class of 1901). Notice the YMCA flag hanging from the door on the right side of the picture and a frame with various drawings on the left.
