“All-College Representative Assembly Code” is an eleven-page document that was written for Springfield College faculty, staff and Administration on September 1, 1971. It replaced the College Council Code, including amendments and corrections. The document contains detailed information about the Assembly’s membership, purpose, officers, meetings, quorum, voting practices, operational procedures, amendments and commissions. The commissions oversee academic affairs, business affairs, public affairs, and student affairs. The Assembly maintains a cooperative relationship with the trustees, accepts relevant tasks and responsibilities given by the president, and “deliberate[s] on important matters of the College.”
