Description:
The ribbon consists of a gold medal attached to a blue ribbon and a pin adhered to the ribbon back. On the medal front is an image of a chalice surmounted by an angel holding the host with outstretched arms. Surrounding the chalice is the inscription "O JESUS IN THE BLESSED SACRAMENT HAVE MERCY ON US". On the medal back: an image of Saint Pope Pius X with the words "S. PIVS X P.M.".
