A cape-like garment with a black-colored exterior and a purple-colored interior. Two purple-colored bands are stitched to each side of the exterior. Two metal clasps and an ornamental hood are attached to the neck. On the hood, two bands overlap to form a cross and shafts of wheat are embroidered onto them. A cross-shaped patch is stitched to the hood's center and contains the word "PAX" interlaced by a circle. A tassle is attached to the hood's bottom.
