Established in 1872 and reorganized in 1885, the firm describes itself as "artistic printers by the best photogelatine and photolithographic processes: designers and general lithographers, trade catalogs, and all kinds of advertising matter, a specialty." The advertisment is designed in the Craftsman style. The initials J. E. H. appear in the lower left-hand corner.</mods:abstract>
