This album is a salesman's order book for the Frank Cousins Art Co. of Salem, Massachusetts. It contains 128 black and white 7.5 x 9.5 inch photographs of Colonial architectural details, including building exteriors, doorways, railings, interior views, wallpapers, stairs, windows, fireplaces, brass knockers, gardens, and tombstones. The locations of the buildings include Salem, Waltham, Marblehead, Danvers, and Peabody, Massachusetts. Page numbers are inscribed on the photographs, and an index to the first 101 provides order numbers and identifications.
