Extract from E. M. Keatley's letter of November 14, 1895, to A. D. W. Smith
Description:
Lyman transcribes Keating's letter to A.D.W. Smith regarding a piece of property that could make good money if Smith can do anything with it. In the excerpt, Keating describes the property, its current working conditions, and the amount of money already invested in it. He includes Andrew McCreath's sample analysis and considers the property a good investment for anyone willing to put in a plant. $35,000 would buy the land and equip it in first class shape.
