Concerning the nomination and election of trustees, the nomination and election of officers, the appointment of assistant treasurers, the annual financial audit, a report on the theater benefit, approval of medical staff appointments per the affiliation with New York University, real estate negotiations on East 24th Street, and a few other items of business. The meeting was necessarily brief due to the threat of a blackout. Attached is the notice of meeting and proof of due mailing, as well as the report of the nominating committee and the treasurer's report.
