This issue features information on the Mental Health Liberation Movement, and recent news about laws regarding people with mental illnesses, including a Vermont Supreme Court ruling that indeterminate orders of non-hospitalization are unconstitutional, and a Supreme Court ruling that states cannot execute the insane. There is also an article on founding conference of the National Alliance of Mental Patients, of which Rae Unzicker is a leader. Another article featured Judi Chamberlin and her experience with voluntary-turned-involuntary treatment. There are also poems by various writers.
