In regards to the attached fax pertaining to the All Star Cafe, McCormack would like her to follow up aggressive with the issues mentioned. In the attached, it mentions they have a contract waiting to be O.K. from Mr. Earl, but when Polly Grunfeld Sack talks with Ron Fujikawa, he said the agreement was not signed and there were outstanding points that needed to be discussed.
