Alumni who played on the M.S.C. football team during the 1930s pose outside one of the campus buildings. Handwritten note on back reads: "Taube Day, Oct. 17, 1981 - Univ. of Mass, Amherst", probably in reference to Mel Taube, who coached the school football, basketball and baseball teams between 1931 and 1936. Handwritten note on back identifies the men: Back row: David P. Rossiter '37; Paul W. Schaffner '35; George E. O'Brien '38; Elmer H. Allen '36; Alvan S. Ryan '34. Middle row: Murray B. Hicks '32; Ambrose T. McGuckian '34; Henry H. True '32; Clifford R. Foskett '32; Daniel J. Leary '33; Victor S. Guzowski '35. Front row: Peter A. Nietupski '35; Harold H. Hale '36; Oscar E.
