Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Refers to various situations in the army, including rumors about a cabinet change, assaults, problems with financial and cooperative institutions, the "EFA" functioning, hydroelectric projects, and tax cuts for airplane fuel. Addresses elections in the "Círculo Militar" and the threat that factions inside the army (Labanca, Molina, Alsina, Bengoa) want to use the election process for achieving what could be called leftist political goals. Also discusses a positive report by the Economy Ministry (Ministro de Economía).
