<mods:abstract>Volume one of a three volume set of photographs of Beauport, the Sleeper-McCann House in Gloucester, Massachusetts by T. E. Marr & Son, probably taken circa 1910-1915. The photographs in this volume are exteriors of the house. The quality is excellent. Two photographs from this album were published in House Beautiful, August 1916.</mods:abstract>
