Lehmann writes that he is back in Berlin after staying with Dunya Breur in Amsterdam. He asks Chamberlin to send information on a Minnesota law that allows patients to access their records, information Lehmann had sent on his own book, and whether the patient-controlled alternatives Chamberlin mentioned in "On Our Own" are still active.
