Chamberlin writes to say that "On Our Own" seems to be selling well, but that the book is not listed in "Books in Print" and therefore bookstores are having difficulty restocking it because they do not that Hawthorn is the publisher. She says she has seen little advertisement for the book, and although she has been doing radio appearances, if the book is not in bookstores then this publicity is pointless.
