Gary writes to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Creedmoor Psychiatric Center with questions concerning the approval of a new anti-depressant, Wellbatrin, on human subjects. He says that developing minimum standards of acceptability and addressing these concerns are necessary for his continued participation as an IRB member.
