A stapled booklet, 7" x 4.5" and 36 pages, listing new acquisitions by the Newton Free Library for Spring, 1938. Book illustrations decorate the front and back covers and appear throughout the booklet. The list is arranged topically: "Other People's Lives," "Behind Today's Headlines," et al. Included in a time capsule sealed in the cornerstone of the Newtonville Library building in 1939 and unsealed in 2024.
