Calling upon the international organization to take a series of measures towards the betterment of civil, social, economic and political conditions in Africa's colonized territories; demanding the realization of various actions to guarantee the political self-determination and autonomy of subjects of said lands; and asserting the essential nature of their rights to autonomous nationhood.
