Surface: flat, slopes to right, soft loose sand, gravel and stones 4 in. deep material: sand, loam and coarse gravel sides: right, slopes up to sidewalk, left, turf level for 15 ft. then slopes down to river gutters: right, 14 in. deep, left, none sidewalks: right, 2 ft. wide, 2 ft. above gutter, left, none.
