Expresses gratitude for the help and support given to Korea in their struggle for peace and independence; believes the armistice in Korea has helped ease international tension; still looking for a final settlement of the Korean question; refers to the U. S. as imperialist aggressors; ends by asking for the continuation of peaceful negotiations and settlement of the Korean question on a platform of equality, and to put an end to the arms drive.
