At the advisement of the Association's Board of Directors, urging him to promote the return of certain territories affected by the World War to their native peoples, thwart the "coldblooded" attempts of "white colonial powers" to repossess them, and establish sound and enforceable policy at the Quebec Conference against the continued exploitation of "India, China, Abyssinia and other African ares, the West Indies, or any other part of the world."
