Letter from Francisco Manrique to President Levingston

Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Manrique informs President Levingston that the government's reputation has deteriorated after his confrontation meeting with Lanusse. Lanusse's reputation, however, has improved and he is more popular within the army. Manrique urges the president to sign laws and decrees in order to produce positive results.
