Judkins was born February 13, 1890 in Kingston, N.H. He graduated from the New Hampshire State College in 1911 with the degree of Bachelor of Science. He taught at N.H. State College 1911-12; Connecticut Agricultural College, 1912-17; Iowa State College, 1917-19. He was appointed Associate Professor of Dairying at the Massachusetts Agricultural College in 1919, and in 1920, Professor, which position he held until 1926. Photographed in September 1924 by F. A.
