Acknowledges that society changes; doubts and questions should be addressed and solved. Discusses world situation in general, and how lately humans choose violence to solve the conflicts. Refers to the country's situation; explains why the Argentinian revolution was necessary, the obstacles it faced, and its current situation. Comments on the position of the army towards the revolution, the necessity of avoiding too much emotion or sentimentalism, and of performing objective analysis. He equates progress with success: roads, energy, and industry. Also includes comments about the speech made by Admiral Pedro Gnavi.
