Note: Either these notes are miss-numbered or there is no page 2 and page 4. These field notes from a trip by B.K.H. to Yugoslavia in the fall of 1968 include details on the following topics; addresses, kinship, women, children, schooling, weddings, family relations, jobs, salaries and match making. The notes continue with details on Milan's wedding to Javorka including the wedding preparations, food, roles of the men and the women, clothing, musicians, marriage contract at the wedding hall and guests. There are also some notes on other village weddings. These field notes end with some details on the changes in raising children over time.
