Louisa stresses that Sadie must take care of her teeth as soon as it gets warm out. She also insists that the next time she has stomach trouble she must send for Dr. Webster. If Sadie doesn't agree, then Louisa will send Mrs. Patterson to see it is done. She tells Sadie not to worry about school as "it isn't grades you are after, it is an education and you are getting that."
