Photograph is mounted with a label describing "Grandmother and her granddaughter offer rice cakes, stolen Ritz Crackers, fried bananas, and the narcotic 'beetlenut' [betel nut] to the photographer at a bus station near Can Tho during the day." It speculates: "At night they could be making boobytraps for the Vietcong" depending on where their sympathies lie.
