Addressed to Max Yergan; describing recent correspondence with Amy Jacques Garvey (widow of Marcus) and Harold Moody regarding the establishment of a "post-war conference to consider needs and demands of Negroes"; noting his hopes to hold a Fifth Pan African Congress in London at the end of the war; and inviting him to co-sponsor same.
