Typed draft with notes and corrections of a speech given to Nkrumah, prime minister of Ghana, apologies for not being able to travel to Ghana due to passport issues; Du Bois wishes to send words of advice for the future of Ghana and Africa; Du Bois firmly asserts that Ghana must emerge as a representative of Africa, especially of Black Africa; suggests a movement of Black men for Pan-Africanism with a new series of Pan-Africanism Congresses which would stress peace.
