Know all Men, by these Presents that we Daniel Hill, Nathaniel Hill, and John Pobeck, labourers, and Martha Pobeck wife to John Pobeck, Lydia Hill, and Phebe Hill, Spinsters, all of Cambridge in the County of Middlesex, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In Consideration of the just sum of sixty pounds, thirteen shilling, and four pence, to us in hand grand(?) before the delivery hereof, by Lydia Hill, as said Cambridge, Widow. Have given, granted, bargained, and sold, and do by these presents, give, grant, bargain, sell, aliene(?), and fully, freely, and absolutely convey and confirm, unto her the said Lydia Hill, her heirs and assign forever. All the right, title, interest, claim and demand, which we the said Daniel Hill, Nathaniel Hill, John Pobeck, Martha Pobeck, Lydia Hill and Phebe Hill, have in or to two third of the real estate of our late honoured father, Daniel Hill, of said Cambridge yoeman[?], Deceased. Consisting of the following tracts of land and building, viz. Two third of .. dwelling house containing .. southeast[?] room and all the chambers and garret(?), except the Northernest chamber and garret over the same; and all the barn except the bay in the Southernest corner, and also the following tracts of land. Viz. the homestead so called, containing by estimation five acres more or less, bounded southeasterly on land of Gersmin(?) Cutter, Southreasterly on the brook lot, Northwestern on the road leading Atersife(?) Meadows Northeasterly on land of Gregory Hill's heirs, or however otherwise bounded. Another lot containing eight acres more or less being two thirds of the pasture bounded. Northeafterly on the said widow Lydia Hill's thirds, Southeasterly on land of Stephan Cutter, and on land of Sarah Hill, Southeasterly on land of Joseph Belknap, Northwesternly on land of Israel Blackington's heirs, and on land of said Daniel Hill's heirs, or however otherways bounded, also another lot[?] containing six aces more or less being two thirds of the wood land, bounded southeafterly on the pasture afore said, Southeasterly on land of said Israel Blackington's heirs Northwesternly on land formerly belonging to John Cutter. Northeasterly on said Lydia Hill's thirds. or however otherways bounded.- To have and to hold the said granted and bargained soremises(sic) together with all their appurtenances free of all encumbrances whatsoever, to her the said Lydia Hill, and we the said Daniel Hill, Nathaniel Hill, John Pobeck, Martha Pobeck, Lydia Hill and Phebe Hill, for ourselves our heirs, her heirs and assign against the lawful claims and demands of any person or persons whatsoever forever hereafter. To Warrant, secure and defend by these presents -- For witness whereas are the said Daniel Hill, Nathaniel Hill, John Pobeck, Martha Pobeck, Lydia Hill, and Phebe Hill, have here unto set our hands and seals, this twenty fifth day of May Anno.
