Transcript of the minutes of the Resource & Allocation Committee featuring members of that committee, members of the Planning Council at large, and representatives from local organizations. The goal of the meeting is to look at funding stream data especially related to the top 10 service categories that receive funds from Title I in addition to a number of other sources so that Resource & Allocations can use this information to make recommendations to the Planning Council for allocation of funds for the next fiscal year. The meeting includes presentations by representatives from the AIDS Bureau, ACT Now, Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA), and the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services all in the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as well as presentations by representatives from the Public Facilities Department, City of Boston, the Massachusetts Department of Medical Assistance, and the HIV/STD Program, New Hampshire Division of Public Health.
