Blue rectangular panel of fabric taking up the upper left quadrant of the flag. Thirteen white stars sewn onto blue fabric rectangle in upper left corner. Thirteen stars are arranged in five columns of 3-2-3-2-3 rather than in a circle as is typical of other flags with this star count. Two metal eyelets on left-hand border on top and bottom.
