Letter describes trips to Oxford and London, finding a hotel that would take the pair of women even though they were wearing pants, taking a guided tour of the University of Oxford, the woes of dating, visiting St. Paul's Church, walking through Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and Chamber of Horrors, and watching the movie "This Is The Army." She instructs her parents to watch that movie to get a good idea of what it is like to work as an American Red Cross worker in England during World War II, and to see what her uniform looks like. She also discusses the various colds and body-aches she and her co-volunteers get.
