Letter describes the weather in England and talking to Bill about Maida's hometown of Grafton, Massachusetts, while sitting in the English woods. She also talks about a visit from her friends from Bournemouth and Jean's departure for a few weeks. She writes her duty will be doubled soon as there will be many Christmas dances to attend in addition to regular work, describes her athletic schedule, and writes about some colored pictures which had been developed.
