This is a photograph of the 1897-1898 Men's Basketball Team. The photograph is very faded, but shows two rows of men, one seated on the floor and the other seated on some stools. They are, except for the coach, wearing white uniforms with shirts that have triangles on them. Shown in the photo are, John Nesbitt, John Hunter, Arthur Shoemaker (captian), Thomas J. Browne, Charles A. Boardman, William M. Pryce, Alanson L. Fish, Carlos D. Clapp, and Martin Foss (manager). On the back is written, "Basket Ball Team 1897-1898 1. Nesbitt B 2. Hunter B sub 3.
