Description:
A letter from Raymond Kaighn, Springfield College class of 1893 and one of the 18 students to first play the game of Basketball, to Jennie Cournoyer, secretary in the Alumni Office at Springfield College for over 40 years. In the letter, he thanks her for remembering his wedding anniversary, tells how he and his wife spent it, and mentions the time he has spent with the Doggett's and the Best's (past president's of Springfield College).
