Letter from D. A. Budge to Jacob T. Bowne (April 10, 1890)
Description:
This is a letter from D.A. Budge, the secretary at the YMCA in Montreal, to Jacob T. Bowne, the director of the Secretarial Department at the YMCA Training School, now Springfield College. It is dated April 10, 1890. The letter talks about how Thomas D. Patton's (Class of 1892) application has just been sent out, but that he fears that it will not look good on paper. He hopes that the committee will look beyond this as he is "...one who will surely make a strong man in our work."
