Stephen E. Posner began coaching the Springfield College men's gymnastics team during the 1982-1983 season. He coached for 34 seasons, retiring after the 2016-2017 season. Stephen did not coach during the 1990-1991 season. Cheryl A. Raymond began coaching the Springfield College women's gymnastics team during the 1980-1981 season. She coached for 34 seasons, retiring after the 2014-2015 season.
